1. Educational & Coaching Services

Life Force Optimization™ provides education, coaching, and performance guidance.

Our services:

  • Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Do not replace licensed healthcare services

  • Are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease

You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment decision.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or enrolling in our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • You understand that coaching services are not medical care

3. Program Enrollment & Payments

Foundational Program

  • $499 CAD per month

  • Month to month

  • Cancellation permitted with written notice prior to the next billing cycle

Life Mastery Program

  • $999 CAD per month

  • Six month commitment

  • Application approval required

  • Early termination does not cancel the financial obligation

All payments are processed externally through Stripe.

Additional payment terms may be outlined at the time of enrollment.

4. Workshops & Seminars

Corporate or private engagements are subject to separate written agreements outlining:

  • Scope of services

  • Fees and payment structure

  • Travel requirements

  • Cancellation terms

A deposit may be required to secure booking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Methodologies

  • Program structures

  • Written materials

  • Branding, logos, and trademarks

is the exclusive property of Life Force Optimization™.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. No Guarantees

Results from coaching and programs vary based on multiple factors, including:

  • Individual effort and consistency

  • Compliance with recommendations

  • Health status

  • External circumstances

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Force Optimization™ shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of income or revenue

Participation in any program, training, or service is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, including Squarespace and Stripe, to operate our Website and services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
