Why Training More Wasn’t the Answer and What Finally Worked

Before training with Don, I was working out 5/6 days a week and frustrated because I wasn’t seeing real results despite putting in the effort. I was focusing on the wrong things and lacked structure, and accountability to actually push past my limits.

What wasn’t working on my own was consistency and challenge. I was repeating the same routines, staying in my comfort zone, and plateauing without realizing it.

What stood out immediately about Don was the constant challenge behind every session. I was pushed safely but firmly, with expectations and corrected when I did not do things properly. I was held accountable, challenged mentally and physically, and never allowed to give up  

I knew things were improving when my strength, endurance, and confidence all increased noticeably. Each week demanded more.It never feels like a routine, each training session is different and equally challenging. 

Now, I’m stronger, more disciplined, and performing at a level that I never could have reached on my own. Training with Don is focused, challenging,  effective and the results speak for themselves.
